THE Jubilee Line Fun Day held on Saturday, April 21 (the Queen’s Birthday), organised by Cym Downing and Margaret Wills, was a huge success.
Hundreds of children and parents rode the trains from the Launceston Steam Railway to New Mills Farm Park for a fun filled family day out. Mr Showers provided children’s entertainment, there were cake, sweet and craft stalls, a tombola, face paints and a barbecue provided by Launceston Young Farmers, as well as fun rides and animals.
